Meet Your Board of Directors
Marina Youth Baseball Softball is powered by volunteers who care deeply about our players, families, and community. Our Board of Directors is made up of parents, coaches, and local leaders who dedicate their time to ensuring every child has a safe, fun, and fair place to play.
We work behind the scenes to organize teams, maintain fields, manage league finances, plan events, support coaches, and uphold our mission of youth development over competition.
We invite you to get to know the people serving your league, and we welcome your involvement at our public board meetings, we meet on the first Tuesday of each month.

My son started playing for MYBS back in 2023, and I joined the board in 2024. It’s been such a blessing to be a part of this board of community-minded people who do so much for the kids in our area. Both of my boys love playing baseball, and I love watching them develop confidence and resilience through this program. The coaches are great, the parents have fun, and we’re all happy to be involved!

I have been assistant coaching since 2014. My family has been a part of MYBS since 2018, in both baseball and softball. I joined the board because I saw areas where I could be assistance both on and off the fields. I’ve always wanted to be a better coach than what I experienced as a child; I recognize that kids have their own unique struggles and sometimes we must adapt to their needs and level. Very proud to be a part of this organization and what it stands for!

Our family joined MYBS in Spring 2019. From Shetland to Bronco, this community has been very welcoming to our family. I have spent time as a Team Parent, Volunteer, and Team Sponsor. This year it made sense for me to join the board of directors to continue giving back to this wonderful community.
