Firework Booth
o 4TH of July Booth profit was around $5,000.00
o Didn’t make much of a profit from (2024)
o Not enough volunteer’s
o Board member needs to always present
o Hours of operation
o Paid Melton $17,000.00
Volunteers
o Possible Buy out Fee for families $200/$1
o Sign up Genuis families need to sign up for
volunteer’s hours before they are placed on a
team
o Don’t want to raise’s fees
Baseball Report: Stephen
o Bronco team went to regionals
o Mustang team went to super regionals
o Pinto B team did amazing
o Pinto A went to the World Series
o Fundraiser (Kisha) All-Stars teams raised about
$11,000.
o Send out registrations for Fall ball 2025 on July
23,2025

o Looking for more coaches who would like to come
and help
o Tommy Johnson will be doing CCYB just practicing
o Fall cost which will include uniforms, light fee,
umpire’s, balls, game balls, $200.
o All – Star checks still coming in from inner cities
o Spring registration should be August 1,2025
o Schedule for fall won’t conflict with soccer

o Set a date for all equipment to be returned for
coaches’ refunds can be issued
o Bags are not retuned fees may have to go
o Replacement for equipment

Stephen: Christna Kelly has been to every single
meeting, and we haven’t voted her in o icial she has
been here all year helping us

for the rest of this year, second By James
Committee team will be Christina, Stephen, Letty no
one else wanted to volunteer for this committee all
ballots in by the July 31,2025.

quick book to save money will take over in

• 4th of July booth approved Jerricha will be reaching out
to move the container back
• Set up sign up genius 3hrs (volunteer’s) no kids under
the age of 16yrs
• Making deposited nightly (signers)
• Hours of operations (July 28th @ noon)
• July 3rd (Softball) will run it
• 28th fire departments inspect

• Bronco needed more volunteers
• Coaches return bag day

marina hosted
• Paying umpires, He will be going to my place of
employment for payment
• Refund CJ for softball tournaments

Chelsea would like to know about pinto B team and this pass
weekend tournament (Father’s weekend). General what is
the summer gone look like. What is the purpose of the B
team. Stephen there was supposed be other B teams. And
didn’t understand why they forfeit the game, A team would
of helped and that him or Fernando would of help coach.
Chelsea stated that she doesn’t care if they lost every game,
she just would like coaches to show up.
